Inclusion Criteria

Both male and female participants, age ranging from 20-35 years

Healthy individuals without any health problems

Participants having systolic blood pressure in the range of 100-130mmHg and Diastolic between 70-80 mmHg

The participants who are ready to give a written informed consent.

Participants those who are not performing yoga.

Exclusion Criteria

People having Acute Cardiovascular condition

Participants with metabolic and systemic diseases.

Participants those are under medications.

Any other major illness which will prevent one to practice the module

Those who cannot fold their tongue
