- •Age > 30 years
- •Elective CABG
排除标准
- •Patient’s refusal to participate.
- •Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction < 40%.
- •Left main coronary artery occlusion > 50%,
- •Moderate to severe valvular dysfunction.
- •Bradycardia (HR < 50/min)
- •Preoperative medication with a 2 agonist.
- •Anticipated difficult intubation.
- •Intubation attempt would last longer than 15s.
