Inclusion Criteria
Age equal or superior to 60 years; does not present conditions and / or diseases that limit or disqualify participation in the physical training program; stable from the point of view of medication;
Exclusion Criteria
Present low adherence to the training (frequency less than 75% of the sessions in a period of one month; present some limiting or incapacitating health impairment during the intervention; are involved in another physical exercise program.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Maintenance or improvement in the functional performance of the elderly, evaluated by the strength test (hand grip dynamometer), balance (force platform) and functionality (Berg scale). Data collected before the intervention, after 3 months of intervention and after 6 months of intervention.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Maintenance or improvement in the quality of life and history of falls, measured through questionnaires before, during and after the intervention.
