- •1.Single level Lumbosacral fusion L3-4,
- •L4-L5 or L5-S1.
- •2.Male or Female- 25 â?? 85 years of Age
- •3.New onset leg pain or neurological deficit af
- •after a symptom free interval of few
- •4.Psychosocially, mentally and physically able
- •to fully comply with this protocol including
- •adhering to completing forms and other study
- •procedures.
- •5.Personally signed and dated informed consent
- •document prior to any study-related
- •procedures indicating that the patient has
- •been informed of all pertinent aspects of
