Inclusion Criteria
apparently healthy and term baby; lack of mental illness; not using of psychiatric drugs; having a traumatic childbirth.
Excluding criteria: the mothers that themselves or babies need special care; receipt of breastfeeding advice from a source other than this study; having stressful life events in the last year; having a history of infertility.

Name Time Method Postpartum depression. Timepoint: after 2 week, 4 till 6 week and 3 month after intervention. Method of measurement: Edinburgh Depression scale.;Post traumatic stress disorder. Timepoint: 4 till 6 week and 3 month after intervention. Method of measurement: Revised Impact Event scale.
