- •clinical symptoms of piriformis syndrome
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with major spinal problems
- •pelvic or git causes
- •sacroiliac joint dysfunctions
- •allergy to corticosteroids and anesthesia
- •uncontrolled diabetes
