Patients within the age group between 14 years to 40 years who are clinically diagnosed with Primary Dysmenorrhea
Patients who are giving consent to the study
Patients with regular menstrual cycle who are suffering from the past three menstrual cycles
Patients with concomitant genito-urinary infection
Patients who were under hormonal therapy
Dysmenorrhea secondary to any drug intake, Long standing smoking, other systemic disorders
Those who have Perceived Stress Scale 10 greater than 13
Those with Highly sensitive Reactive Protein greater than 3
