- •4.posted for unilateral inguinal hernioplasty

- •1.patient/guardian refusing for consent
- •2.ASA 3&4
- •3.patient with liver and kidney diseases
- •4.pregnant females
- •5.patient with psychaitric illness.
- •6.morbid obesity
