- •Ready to participate in the study
- •Women aged 18 to 35 years old
- •Regular menstruation with a length of 21 to 35 days from six months ago
- •Proof of PMS moderate in the questionnaire
排除标准
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Physical illnesses like thyroid disease or anemia in history or paraclinic
- •mental illness with taking medication
- •Use of hormonal drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, anticoagulants and supplements
- •Stressful events from the three months before the study
- •Drug use for PMS two months before the study
