- •patients with type 2 diabetes (at least 1 year).
- •Have HbA1c above 7
- •have enough motivation to change the behavior.
- •Being able to participate and communicate.
- •Not participating in another clinical trial.
排除标准
- •Not having acute and long-term complications of diabetes preventing their physical activity
- •Not having mental disease
- •Do not use insulin
