Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Filling out the written consent to participate in the research.
- •Being a resident of the female' dormitory of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences.
- •Age range of 15 \-45 years.
- •BMI range of 19\.6 \- 29\.
- •Having a regular menstruation cycle ranging from 21 to 35 days.
- •Complaining of breast pain that occurred during the last 14 days of the menstrual cycle.
- •Obtaining a minimum pain intensity score of 30\-69 using the visual analogue scale.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Being a professional athlete?
- •Eating rich\-fat diet or diet containing xanthine.
- •Pregnant or intend to become pregnant during the study.
- •Breastfeeding.
- •Experience of bad events in the past three months.
- •Using hormonal medications or contraceptive pills since the last three months.
- •Using the medicine to relieve pain during the last two months.
- •Using a specific method to relieve breast pain.
- •History of breast cancer in herself or her first\-degree relatives.
- •History of suspected breast mass in examination, mammography, or ultrasound.
