- •Patients showing lakshanas of Chittodvega -
- •1.Chinta (fearful Anticipation/worries)
- •2.Bhay (Feeling of Tension/ Restlessness/Any type of Fear)
- •3.Nidralpata (Insomnia/unsatisfying sleep and fatigue on waking/night terrors)
- •4.AnawasthitChitta (Difficulty in concentration/ poor memory)
- •5.Anichha (loss of interest/ low feeling/depression)
- •6.Hrutspadandan (chest pain/ palpitation/ throbing of vessels)
- •7.AshpataVakpravrutti (unsteady voice/ grinding of teeth)
- •8.Daurbalya (weakness)
- •9.Shwaskashtata( dyspnea/ breathing difficulty)
- •10.Udarshool(Abdominal pain/ Abdominal fullness/Anoexia/ bowel alteration)
- •11.Bahumutrata(urgrncy& frequency of micturation)
- •12.Mukhshushkata (dry mouth/ swallowing difficulty/pallor)
- •13.Atiswedpravrutti(excessive sweating)
- •14.Kamp (tremors of hands and legs/fidgeting/ strained face)
- •3.Patients willing to participate in the trial.
- •4.Patients were selected according to Hamilton’s Anxiety Rating Scale.
排除标准
- •1.Age below 18 years and above 60 years.
- •2.Patients showing signs and symptoms other than Anxiety neurosis.
- •3.Known cases of Endocrine, Metabolic, Carcinoma’s, and Systemic disorders (Cushing syndrome, Addison’s Disease, Hashimoto disorder, Pancreatic disorder, Gonadal disorders, PCOD, PCOS or any Gynecological disorders, Adrenal Hyperplasia , Severe Insulin resistance (Diabetes Mellitus) , Androgen secreting tumor , Carcinoma of any gland, Coronary Heart Diseases, Respiratory &Hepatic diseases, Ulcerative Colitis, Chronic kidney disorders)
- •4.Known cases of Mental disorders like Depression, Alzheimer, Schizophrenia, Mania, Epilepsy , Obsessive compulsive disorder.
- •5.A Current or Previous (Within 3 month) use of Antipsychotic drugs, Antidepressant drugs, Antiepileptic drugs or any Hormonal Therapy.
- •6.Pregnant & lactating mothers.
