- •1.cancer patients who treated with intermediate to high dose cisplatin in outpatient
- •2.age > 18 year
- •3.ECOG performance status 0-2
- •4. adequate renal function eGFR>60 mL/min
排除标准
- •1. underlying heart disease ,poor LV function
- •2.eGFR decline >20% from baseline after cisplatin administration
