- •1. Participants with signs and symptoms of lumbar spondylosis along with x-ray
- •of lumbar spine showing degeneration
- •2. Participants of both sexes aged 30-60 years
- •3. Participants fits for anuvasana vasti
排除标准
- •1. Patients with major systemic illness like cardiac disease, uncontrolled hypertension,
- •kidney disease, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
- •2. Those who have undergone surgical treatment in affected joints.
- •3. Participants not fit for anuvasana vasti as per Ayurvedic classics
- •4. Participants with no rise in ESR, CRP
