Inclusion Criteria
The specific criteria for the subject selection were mothers who were breastfeeding newborns and infants and experiencing breast pain.
Exclusion Criteria
Those who were using complementary and alternative therapy like auricular acupressure or auricular acupuncture to reduce breast pain, taking medicine and health supplements for pain reduction, and having lesions in both ears were excluded in the subject selection.
