Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Diagnosed depressive disorder (mild or moderate).
  • •\- Informed consent
  • •\- A total BDI\-II score of below 29 at the time of the baseline survey
  • •\- Access to the Internet
  • •\- Sufficient knowledge of the German language

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Bipolar disorder
  • •\- Psychotic illness
  • •\- Substance addictions
  • •\- Acute suicidality
  • •\- current use of highly potent or atypical antipsychotics
  • •\- severe mental illness outside the range of indications for Tilda Care Depression”
