Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed depressive disorder (mild or moderate).
- Informed consent
- A total BDI-II score of below 29 at the time of the baseline survey
- Access to the Internet
- Sufficient knowledge of the German language
Exclusion Criteria
- Bipolar disorder
- Psychotic illness
- Substance addictions
- Acute suicidality
- current use of highly potent or atypical antipsychotics
