入选标准
- •1.Age 18-60 years
- •2.ASA Grade I & II
- •3.Patients scheduled for infraumbilical surgeries
排除标准
- •1)Patientâ??s refusal
- •2)Neurological disorders
- •3)Coagulation disorders
- •4)Allergy to study drug
- •5)History of any significant coexisting disease like ischemic heart disease, impaired renal failure, rheumatoid arthritis, severe liver disease
- •6)Contraindications to regional anaesthesia such as local infections/sepsis at the site of lumbar puncture, space occupying lesions of the brain, anatomical disorders of spine, hypovolemia, etc
- •7)Pregnant females, malnourished patients, chronic alcoholics, patients with atrioventicular conduction blocks > 1st degree, Heart rate <50beats per minute(bpm), Systolic blood pressure(SBP) <90mmHg, recent stroke, history of bronchospasm/asthma.
