Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age 18\-60 years
- •2\.ASA Grade I \& II
- •3\.Patients scheduled for infraumbilical surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patientâ??s refusal
- •2\)Neurological disorders
- •3\)Coagulation disorders
- •4\)Allergy to study drug
- •5\)History of any significant coexisting disease like ischemic heart disease, impaired renal failure, rheumatoid arthritis, severe liver disease
- •6\)Contraindications to regional anaesthesia such as local infections/sepsis at the site of lumbar puncture, space occupying lesions of the brain, anatomical disorders of spine, hypovolemia, etc
- •7\)Pregnant females, malnourished patients, chronic alcoholics, patients with atrioventicular conduction blocks \> 1st degree, Heart rate \<50beats per minute(bpm), Systolic blood pressure(SBP) \<90mmHg, recent stroke, history of bronchospasm/asthma.
