Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients with life\-limiting diseases (malignant and non\-malignant)
- •Age \> 18 years
- •admission to the palliative care unit at university hospital Munich or Cologne
- •Interventiongroup: patients living in or around Munich
- •patients able to communicate in German or English
- •informed consent of the patient
- •life expectancy of at least 4 weeks

- •patients unable to give consent
