Inclusion Criteria
1.BMI between 15 to 18.5 kg per meter square
2.volunteers with low body weight (15-20% below than normal for their age and height).
3.After screening for covid-19.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Autoimmune disorders like AIDS,Tuberculosis,malignancy.
2.Endocrine dysfunctions like hyperthyroidism.
3.pregnant and lactating women.
4.consuming any protein supplement or any mass gaining product.
