入选标准
- •1) Systemically healthy patients with age 18 years or more.
- •2) Remaining teeth greater than or equal to 20
- •3) Patients with at least 3 sites with periodontal pocket depth (PPD)
- •of greater than or equal to 5mm.
排除标准
- •1) Smokers
- •2) Pregnant and lactating females
- •3) Patient undergone any periodontal therapy within last six months
- •4) Antibiotic therapy in past six months
- •5) Clotting and Haematological disorders.
