Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.ASA physical status I\-III
  • •2\.Age \>\= 18 years
  • •3\.Fasting more than 6 hours
  • •4\.BMI \<\= 35 kg/m2
  • •5\.Surgery duration \< 2 hours

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Refusal to consent
  • •2\.Patients with anticipated difficult airway
  • •3\.Risk of aspiration of gastric contents (Pregnancy, full stomach, hiatus hernia)
  • •4\.Surgery requiring tracheal intubation
