Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.ASA physical status I\-III
- •2\.Age \>\= 18 years
- •3\.Fasting more than 6 hours
- •4\.BMI \<\= 35 kg/m2
- •5\.Surgery duration \< 2 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Refusal to consent
- •2\.Patients with anticipated difficult airway
- •3\.Risk of aspiration of gastric contents (Pregnancy, full stomach, hiatus hernia)
- •4\.Surgery requiring tracheal intubation
