Inclusion Criteria
1. Age >18 years old at enrollment date
2. Agree and sign consent form
3. Controlled hypertension at least 1 month
4. Located at the Chiang Dao district at least 18 hours per day in 2 week
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of Cardiovascular disease
2. Temporary or permanent migrate during study period
3. not available for schedule visit
4. not agree to sign inform consent
