1. Women with PCOS diagnosed by Rotterdam criteria.
2.Aged between 18-49 years
3. Patients who are willing to provide written informed consent.
1. Patients with hormonal disorders, autoimmune diseases, cancer, diabetes mellitus.
2. Pregnancy and lactating females.
3. Hyperprolactinemia.
4. Patients taking OCPs, antioxidants, multivitamin mineral oils, statins, Anti TNF drugs, glucocorticoids (any intervention that could alter insulin sensitivity, inflammation, or oxidative stress status).
5. Overt infections.
6. Women presenting with Infertility.
