Inclusion Criteria
- At least one negatieve systematic ultrasound guided biopsy
- MR-visible tumor >10 mm diameter
- PI-RADS 4-5
Exclusion Criteria
- MR-visible tumor <10 mm diameter
- PI-RADS 1-3
- Patients with previous radiotherapy, hormonal therapy or local treatment of the prostate
- Contra-indication for MR imaging
