? Clinical nurses who provide direct care to patients
? Those who have more than 6 months of work experience at the current place of work
? Those who can participate in online education program with a computer or smartphone
? Those who understand the purpose and method of this study and voluntarily agree to participate in the study
? Nurses who are not in charge of direct nursing work in clinical settings (administrative nurses, infection control nurses, home visit nurses, etc.)
? Those who were not engaged in the field at the time of the survey
