Inclusion Criteria
- •? Those who is working as a nurse in a general hospital in Korea
- •? Clinical nurses who provide direct care to patients
- •? Those who have more than 6 months of work experience at the current place of work
- •? Those who can participate in online education program with a computer or smartphone
- •? Those who understand the purpose and method of this study and voluntarily agree to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Nurses who are not in charge of direct nursing work in clinical settings (administrative nurses, infection control nurses, home visit nurses, etc.)
- •? Those who were not engaged in the field at the time of the survey
- •? Overseas residents and foreigners
