Inclusion Criteria
- Clinical diagnosis of ureteral stricture and hydronephrosis.
- Previous history of radiation therapy.
- Must be able to tolerate surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- Combine with hypertonic neurogenic bladder (except for patients with long-term indwelling catheter).
- Colon resection surgery patients.
