· This research is necessarysince lower back discomfort is a common problem among bikers due to the lengthyand repetitive postures needed for riding. Despite being common, there aren’tmany specialized therapies available to treat lower back pain in thisdemographic.
· It is imperative toinvestigate the effectiveness of yoga through specific asanas catered to thedemands of bikers, given its potential benefits in enhancing flexibility,strength, and posture.
· To close this gap, thisstudy will offer evidence-based suggestions for lower back pain managementtechniques that are specific to bikers, thereby improving their general healthand performance.

- a) Individuals who travel a minimum of 45 minutes per day by bike. b) Individuals who carry a weight of 1.5.
- 2.5 kg. c) Individuals experiencing strain pain in the lower back. d) Both male and female participants, Age group: 18-40 years. e) Willingness to participate in a yoga intervention program. f) Ability to understand and follow the instructions for yoga practice g) People riding both automatic and manual bikes.
- a) Presence of serious spinal pathologies or injuries.
- b) Severe psychiatric or psychological disorders that may interfere with participation or assessment.
- c) History of recent musculoskeletal surgery or acute trauma to the lower back.
- d) Chronic medical conditions that may limit participation or increase risk during yoga practice.
- e) Inability to commit to the study schedule due to conflicting work or personal obligations.
- f) Individuals with a history of herniation or disc prolapse.
- g) Individuals suffering from autoimmune diseases of the spine such as ankylosing spondylitis.

Name Time Method To Evaluate effect of selected yoga asanas in the management of lower back pain among bikers. a) Duration of the Treatment:21 days | b) Follow-Up: [yoga session will be conducted till 21th day and then. | c) Weekly follow up will be taken till 21 days of Treatment. | d) Break for 7 days of Yoga Asanas. | c)Follow-up will be taken on the 28th day to assess the recurrence of lower back pain
