入选标准
- •Female patients; aged between 40 and 70 years-old; post-bariatric surgery; with stable weight for at least 3 months; presenting with complaints of rhytidosis and skin sagging in the face.
排除标准
- •Patients previously submitted to facial surgery; implants or cosmetic procedures (either physical or chemical in the last 12 months); recent or uncontrolled clinical conditions (such as diabetes and hypertension); disorders of wound healing; autoimmune or collagen disorders; psychiatric conditions, smokers; patients in use of anticoagulant medications; corticosteroids; history of hypersensitivity to anesthesia; illiteracy.
