Inclusion Criteria

Indication for elective laparoscopic liver resection
- Preoperative CT or MRT imaging with KM
- ASA I-III

Exclusion Criteria

- Status after major open upper abdomen surgery
- Contraindications to laparoscopic liver resection
- Transjugular Intrahepatic PortoSystemic Shunt (TIPSS)
- Cirrhosis of the liver CHILD B or C
- Heart failure >NYHA II
- Status after SIRT
- Pregnancy
- Breastfeeding
