Inclusion Criteria
Caregivers:
1. Willing for bowel training programme.
2. Caregivers of Post operative children with ARM and Neurogenic bowel after 1 month of PSARP (Posterior Sagittal Anorectoplasty) and pull through procedure.
• Caregivers who are available at the time of data collection.
Exclusion Criteria
-Patients with another associated anomalies.
-Caregivers who are not consented.
