- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find that exercise in self-selected intensity could promote a positive increase in psychophysiological responses, verified by the method of capturing the scales of effort perception and affective valence, this method captures when effort is being made at that moment, or when of pleasure and displeasure respectively.;A significant difference was identified between groups in the affective valence with p less than 0.05. The magnitude of the differences by effect size was moderate in the overall analysis 0.3308 and between GBPE and GAPE 0.3295. It is concluded that there is a possible implication in the self-selection of intensity in exercises performed by elderly individuals in community groups, evidenced by the great variability of perceptual responses perceived during walking.
