Inclusion Criteria
Patients coming for the following elective unilateral arthroscopic knee surgeries: ACL repair, arthroscopic meniscectomy, synovectomy and biopsy
Belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification Class I and II
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refuses for regional anaesthesia
Patient belongs ASA physical Status III and IV
Patient has a known allergy to local anaesthetics or opioids.
Patient has severe Cardiac illness (NYHA Class III and IV)
Patient has severe liver or kidney disease
Patient had any spine surgeries in the past 6 months
Patient has chronic pain requiring opioid use for more than 3 months
