- •1)Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of OA recommended by American college of Rheumatology.
- •2)Patients with following radiological findings-definite osteophytes and normal joint space or moderate osteophytes and joint space reduction.
- •3)Patienys willing for trial.
排除标准
- •1)Patients having history of trauma,any previous surgery in target knee,knee infection.
- •2)Patients with systemic disorders
- •3)ICTC and HBsAg psoitive patients
- •4)Patients not willing for trial.
