Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of OA recommended by American college of Rheumatology.
  • •2\)Patients with following radiological findings\-definite osteophytes and normal joint space or moderate osteophytes and joint space reduction.
  • •3\)Patienys willing for trial.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patients having history of trauma,any previous surgery in target knee,knee infection.
  • •2\)Patients with systemic disorders
  • •3\)ICTC and HBsAg psoitive patients
  • •4\)Patients not willing for trial.
