Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of OA recommended by American college of Rheumatology.
- •2\)Patients with following radiological findings\-definite osteophytes and normal joint space or moderate osteophytes and joint space reduction.
- •3\)Patienys willing for trial.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients having history of trauma,any previous surgery in target knee,knee infection.
- •2\)Patients with systemic disorders
- •3\)ICTC and HBsAg psoitive patients
- •4\)Patients not willing for trial.
