入排标准
入选标准
- •Willing to give valid consent
- •COPD patients undergoing bronchoscopy
排除标准
- •Receiving HFNC before randomization
- •Nasal deformity or packing precluding HFNC use
- •Myocardial infarction (within 3 months)
- •Altered Sensorium
- •Heart rate below 50 beats/minute
- •Hemodynamic instability with systolic arterial blood pressure below 90 mm Hg
- •Respiratory rate above 35 breaths/minute despite oxygen therapy
- •Arterial pH <7.25 or the partial pressure of arterial oxygen below 45 mm Hg despite oxygen therapy
- •Facial surgery, trauma and any other contraindication for NIV
- •Those on home NIV
