入选标准

  • 1) Scheduled general anesthesia patient who recieving laparoscopic cholecystectomy and diagnosing chronic cholecystitis, gall bladder polyp.
  • 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists class 1-2.

排除标准

  • 1) Patient, taking the drug which affect to muscle relaxant
  • 2) The patient who renal, hepatic, lung dysfunction
  • 3) Pregnancy
  • 4) The patient who allergic reaction to intraoperative using drug
  • 5) BMI < 18.5 or > 29.9 kg/m2
  • 6) Upper abdomen surgical history
  • 7) Pastmedical history of malignant hyperthermia
  • 8) Severe inflammation of acutecholecystitis
