- •1. All functional pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma patients scheduled for tumour removal.
- •2. Patients consenting for study.
- •3. Age group between 18 to 70 years.
- •1. Controlled essential hypertension patients scheduled for any elective surgery.
- •2. Patients consenting for study.
- •3. Age group between 18 to 70 years.
排除标准
- •1. Normotensive pheochromocytoma patients.
- •2.Normotensive or hypertensive patients in whom functional status of adrenal tumour is ambiguous.
- •3.Patients with obesity.
- •4.Tricuspid regurgitation.
- •5.Cardiomyopathy with EF less than 40%.
- •6.Right sided heart disease.
- •7.Portal hypertension.
- •8. Obstructive lung disease.
- •1.Patient with obesity.
- •2.Tricuspid regurgitation.
- •3.Cardiomyopathy with EF less than 40%.
- •4.Right sided heart disease.
- •5.Portal hypertension.
- •6.Obstructive lung disease.
- •7.Patients with restricted fluid intake due to any reason( CKD,SIADH).
