Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion Criteria include the females undergraduate students age 18 years and above
from An-Najah National university and Palestine Technical University.
Inclusion criteria for phase 2 particularly: presence of PMS symptoms ( mild,
moderate or severe), with low score of depression, anxiety or stress according to the
DASS cut off points and scoring manual.

Exclusion Criteria

Exclusion criteria included the subjects with any of the followings
1. Irregular menses: menstrual cycle intervals (<24 or >35 days)
2. Allergy to aromatherapy
3. Starting hormone therapy or using medication that mataffect the treatment
4. Not using hormone medication for at least 2 months before
