Open limbs surgery under general anesthesia
Class 1 and 2 of anesthesia risk (According to American society of anesthesiologist's classification),
Exclusion Criteria
Difficult intubation
prolonged ( more than 30 seconds) attempts at laryngoscopy
Repeated attempts at laryngoscopy
