Inclusion Criteria

1.Newly diagnosed male or female hypothyroid patientsâ?? >= 18 years of age

2.Willing to sign patient authorization form prior to any registry procedure

Exclusion Criteria

1. Hypothyroid patients already on treatment

2. Patients with hypothyroidism requiring hospital admission for any cause at the time of enrollment

3. Patients with malignancy or history of malignancy in the last 5 years

4. Pregnant hypothyroid women at the time of enrollment
