Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Biopsy proven or clinically diagnosed cancer of any sites who are registered in the palliative care unit for pain and supportive care
  • 2\.life expectancy \>2 months
  • 3\.Availability of necessary equipment for the video or voice consultation.
  • 4\.Availability of the care\-giver for patients with poor health status or those unfamiliar with technology .
  • 5\.Ability to use the platform.
  • 6\.patient’s NRS score between 4\-7 for at least a period of more than 14 days.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Presence of moderate and severe cognitive, visual and hearing impairment of any malignant or non\-malignant cause.
