- •Farsi language conversation skills
- •Ability to communicate verbally
- •Lack of previous experience in colonoscopy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Mental retardation
- •Obvious physical problems that interfere with the consultation
- •A history of major psychiatric disorders
- •Decline to participation
