Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patient 18\-65 yrs age, undergoing elective non cardiac surgery ( thoracic surgery )
- •With good LV function
- •With sinus rhythm
Exclusion Criteria
- •Inability to comprehend and understand the study
- •Not willing to participate in the study
- •Emergency surgery.
- •With recent acute coronary syndrome
- •With mod\- severe lv dysfunction and cardiac failure
- •Abnormal cardiac rhythms
