Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To measure change in left ventricular Global longitudinal stain and right ventricular free wall strain from baseline to light plane and surgical depth of anaesthesia with and without baseline hemodynamic parameters.Timepoint: pre-induction, at light plane (BIS 60-50) ,at deep plane ( BIS 40-30)
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1. To measure change in left ventricular radial and circumferential strain pattern from baseline to light plane and surgical depth of anaesthesia with and without baseline hemodynamic parameters. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: pre-induction, at light plane (BIS 60-50) ,at deep plane ( BIS 40-30);To correlate change in conventional echo parameters with strain imaging parameters.Timepoint: pre-induction, at light plane (BIS 60-50) ,at deep plane ( BIS 40-30);To measure change in left ventricular ejection fraction and right ventricular fractional area change from baseline to light plane and surgical depth of anaesthesia with and without baseline hemodynamic parameters.Timepoint: pre-induction, at light plane (BIS 60-50) ,at deep plane ( BIS 40-30)
