•(1) Meet the stroke diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, and meet the patients with shoulder pain after stroke;
•(2) Stable condition without other serious clinical complications;
•(3) The course of disease was within 6 months;
•(4) Those who are clear-minded, check and cooperate, and are willing to accept the evaluation;
•(5) It can be treated with acupuncture, massage and traditional Chinese medicine. It is not allergic to external use of traditional Chinese medicine.
•(6) Aged 18 to 80;
•(7) Volunteer to participate in this experimental study.

•(1) Complicated with important organ dysfunction or other serious physical diseases;
•(2) Age < 18 years old;
•(3) Unable to cooperate with the evaluator;
•(4) Local skin conditions are poor and can not tolerate the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine collapse, acupuncture, massage and so on.
