- •1.Parturients belonging to ASA II
- •2.Height of the patient 150-160cms
- •3.Parturients who are willing to give consent.
- •4.Parturients of normal singleton pregnancy beyond 36 weeks gestation posted for elective caesarean section.
排除标准
- •1.Parturients with hypersensitivity to study drug.
- •2.Parturients with significant coagulopathies and other contra-indications for spinal anaesthesia.
- •3.Parturients with pregnancy induced hypertension
- •4.Parturients with history of significant systemic disorders (cardiovascular, respiratory or central nervous system).
- •5.Parturients with fetal anomalies and twin gestation.
- •6.Parturients with oligohydramnios and polyhydramnois.
