Inclusion Criteria
Kidney transplant recipients have functioanl kidney; FP scale score >= 1; aged 18 years or older; have completed at least 12 months of post-transplant time; have no serious cardiovascular system, bone and joint system and other contraindications or diseases affecting exercise completion;voluntarily participated in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. have multiple organ transplantation;
2. have severe organic diseases of heart, brain, lung and other important organs;
2. have participated in other clinical trials.
