Inclusion Criteria

1Age group between the 20 years to 60 years irrespective to sex religion education socio economical and marital status

2Newly diagnosed patient of Diabetes MellitusType 2

3Patient having DM type 2 with

Fasting blood sugar level range between 126 200 mg dl

Postprandial blood sugar level range between 200 300mg dl

Exclusion Criteria

1Patient who taking insulin therapy

2Patient with other systemic diseases

3Patients with DM type 2 complications

4Patient who not willing for trial protocol

5Pregnant woman and lactating mothers
