Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Both male and female students
  • Thai and Karen students
  • No communication problems
  • Students who are currently studying at these five primary schools in Mae Tan subdistrict, Tha Song Yang district, Tak province.
  • Students who are studying grade 4 and 5 at 2019 study year
  • Students who give informed assent to participate in this study and their parents/guardians give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • Students who are absence at the first week of the Buddy Brushing intervention
  • Participants who will leave the school within 6 months after commencing the intervention
