1.ASA Grade I and II

2.GCS 15/15

3.Scheduled for elective craniotomies

Exclusion Criteria

1.Pregnant and lactating mothers, children

2.Scalp infection

3.Nasal infection,deviated nasal septum,nasal polyps 4.Allergy to any of the study drugs

5.Renal and hepatic disease

To study the hemodynamic parameters[Mean arterial pressure (MAP) & Heart rate] following skull pin applicationTimepoint: Baseline, just prior to the application of pins, and <br/ ><br>1min, 2mins,3mins, 4mins, 5mins & 10mins after application of pins.
