Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA Grade I and II
2.GCS 15/15
3.Scheduled for elective craniotomies
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pregnant and lactating mothers, children
2.Scalp infection
3.Nasal infection,deviated nasal septum,nasal polyps 4.Allergy to any of the study drugs
5.Renal and hepatic disease
